Prompt 1 — the sentence Write this before you open a tool: "Build a one-screen app for [who]. They need to [one action]. Done means they can do that on a phone and see their last three entries. No accounts yet. Use plain language on the screen. Include an empty state that says what to do first." If you cannot fill the brackets, stop. The builder cannot invent your user.
